With Love, Tattoo Guest Artist Policy

At With Love, Tattoo, everyone’s experience and safety is our priority. We want to provide a comfortable and relaxing space for both clients and artists alike. This Policy ensures that everyone, including you, can enjoy your time here with us!

Artist Guidelines:

• We prefer that artists and clients be vaccinated

• All artists must be on time, ready, and professional for each appointment

• Our shop minimum is $150/hr and we ask that all artists adhere to that rate or higher

• All artists are required to have an active and up to date Washington State Tattoo Artist licensed Bloodborne Pathogens Training certificate

• There is no vaping, smoking, or drug use allowed in the studio.

• With Love Tattoo is a negative energy free zone. We ask that everyone leaves theirs at home or we are happy to provide a place for you to store yours outside our door :)

Guest Artist Requirements:

• Machine artists must have completed an apprenticeship (or school) plus at least 1 year of full-time work. Please provide a portfolio of fresh and healed tattoo work, preferably with a distinct/unique style

• Hand Poke artists must have at least 2 years of full time work. Please provide a portfolio of fresh and healed tattoo work, preferably with a distinct/unique style

• All artists must have their own liability insurance at the time of the guest spot.

With Love Tattoo is a private tattoo studio and we don’t take walk-ins. All artists are in charge of their own booking, however, we are happy to advertise your guest spot if you need assistance booking appointments. You will be added to our google calendar so you can log appointments. We will also provide a log sheet for you to track your hours and commission. The Shop payout split is 70% for you and 30% to With Love. This will be paid out in cash at the end of your stay.

We provide the following:

• Massage table, stool, tray and ring light

• All disposables except XS, L & XL gloves

• Cleaning supplies

Please provide your own machine, power supply, needles, inks and any other specialized equipment.

Online client release forms are accessed via QR code posted in the studio. Please make sure that every client completes the form for every appointment. And finally, please plan to arrive 1 hourly early on your first day so we can help you get settled in and answer any questions you may have regarding the studio and our policies. We look forward to creating together!
